Schedule, locations, and instructors are subject to change.

Participants must submit completed, signed enrollment & release forms before entering the class space. Blank forms are available from the instructors or download here . Forms need only be filled out once and will be kept on file, but please note that each session is filled on a first come, first served basis (it is recommended to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to class start time if possible). Comfortable dance or exercise attire is recommended.
